- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance
- Manage financial risk and cash flow
- Lead financial audits and internal control processes
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field, OR CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification Exp: 10 to 15 Years
