Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of contract professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training.
Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
Strategic Planning, Work with senior leadership to ensure support the company's strategic initiatives.
Risk Management, Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Contract Lifecycle Management, utilize contract management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Performance Monitoring, Monitor and assess the performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (SLAs/KPIs)
Continuous Improvement, Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management function.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall contract management capabilities.
Communication and Stakeholder Management, effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Reporting and Analysis, Provide senior management with insights and recommendations based on various data sets and analysis.
