Position Description: 

We're looking for a motivated team player to join Affle’s Marketing team as a Senior Manager - Content & Social Media Marketing. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller and involves building content strategies, managing editorial calendars, producing engaging multi-format content, and leading social media presence. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing compelling copy, analyzing social media trends, and coordinating podcasts, videos, and campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the content marketing strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar across blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and social content.
• Creation of podcasts and video content.
• Assist Affle’s business units in developing content and advise on social media
• Independently own social media planning to manage and grow the brand’s presence across key social platforms.
• Support the Corporate Marketing team with additional communication and branding initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Communications or Marketing, with 5+ years of work experience, demonstrating B2B content development and social media management.
• Strong background in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Experience with online community building and social media analytics
• Ability to conceptualize and produce video and podcast content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, social media, and analytics.
• Familiarity with designing and production tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to own projects independently
