Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Senior Manager with 14 to 16 years of experience specializing in the Payer domain. The role involves leading strategic initiatives managing client relationships and driving business growth. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our consulting services and delivering impactful solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Payer domain.Demonstrate expertise in payer-related matters including regulatory requirements operational processes and industry best practices.Exhibit strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Display proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Healthcare Consultant (CHC) or equivalent.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
