Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Senior Manager with 14 to 16 years of experience specializing in the Payer domain. The role involves leading strategic initiatives managing client relationships and driving business growth. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our consulting services and delivering impactful solutions to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic consulting projects within the Payer domain ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address client challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on payer-related matters leveraging deep domain knowledge to drive client success.
  • Manage client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive consulting services that meet client needs.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time within scope and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client operations identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes ensuring our consulting services remain relevant and effective.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to clients showcasing the value and impact of our services.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client capabilities and knowledge.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Payer domain.
  • Demonstrate expertise in payer-related matters including regulatory requirements operational processes and industry best practices.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Display proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Healthcare Consultant (CHC) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
