The candidate for this role displays intellectual curiosity and a passion to drive big organizational changes.

In this role, you will be part of the Talent Supply Chain Transformation team and work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Operations, HR & technology teams to:

  • Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally

  • Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area

  • Conduct Gap analysis and create a change journeys / solution implementation roadmap across process, data and systems over the next 18-24 months till the new ERP

  • Work closely with Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap

  • Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions

  • Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area

  • Support new ERP solution build to automate the standard global process design for the regions & relevant businesses
