Responsibilities
The candidate for this role displays intellectual curiosity and a passion to drive big organizational changes.
In this role, you will be part of the Talent Supply Chain Transformation team and work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Operations, HR & technology teams to:

Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally

Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area

Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area
-
Conduct Gap analysis and create a change journeys / solution implementation roadmap across process, data and systems over the next 18-24 months till the new ERP

Work closely with Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap

Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions

Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area

Support new ERP solution build to automate the standard global process design for the regions & relevant businesses
