Job Description
Responsibilities
:• Support the test governance team ensuring high-quality delivery of testing services.
• Support the test governance team to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for Workday HCM and finance modules.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities across various stages of the Workday product lifecycle, including preparation for biannual releases.
• Ensure thorough test coverage through the creation of detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
• Support the test governance and business team for functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure the robustness of the Workday applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Utilize KAINOS tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Track and report on testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and Workday applications.
