Job Description
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Business Development Support:
Collaborate with senior leadership / BD teams to develop/ refine Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
Conduct target company screening to identify high-potential prospects aligned w/ business objectives
Build/ manage master database/ prospect lists to support a focused hunting effort for mid-size enterprises
Leverage research insights to enhance sales enablement and territory planning efforts
Stakeholder, Workflow & Deliverables Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for NextGen Hunting/ Sales members, ensuring alignment of research outputs with business objectives
Oversee end-to-end research workflow, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of output
Review and validate research deliverables to maintain high-quality standards
Utilize industry research platforms (CapitalIQ, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo, etc.) to extract, analyze, and synthesize company and market intelligence
Drive efficiency in research processes through automation and best practices, continuously improve team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Innovation, Product Development & Database Management:
Proactively building high impact assets/ research products, identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance research quality and efficiency
Stay updated on the latest research methodologies and tools to ensure a competitive intelligence advantage, leverage GenAI/ Data Analytics to drive research
Drive innovation in research practices to support business growth initiatives
Oversee & maintain the Master Next Gen Database Management, ensuring data accuracy, organization, and optimization for business intelligence usage
