Job Description

Responsibilities


Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US-based pharmaceutical manufacturer
Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problems and define the solution
Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
Identify areas of innovation
Guide offshore developers and data architects in the implementation of solutions
Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues
Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service

Minimum qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands-on experience in the LSH domain under consulting analytics
Has conducted extensive assessments / blueprinting/due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture
Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery for pharma majors
Good understanding of Salesforce hierarchy, alignment and data especially IMS/ IQVIA datasets
End-user thinking while developing KPIs
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Healthcare industry/professional experience as an analyst
US healthcare commercial industry/professional experience as an analyst.
Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as, the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
