Senior Managaer Accounts (CA)

About the Role

Silver Consumer Electricals Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join its Accounts & Finance team at a leadership level. The role involves end-to-end financial management, statutory compliance, team leadership, and strategic financial support to business leadership.

Initial 6 months Posting would be in Rajkot ( Accoomodation would be provided by Company)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle including month-end and year-end closure
• Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management MIS reports
• Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and reports to senior management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP systems
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
