Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer MLOps & Applied AI

Location: Chennai

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale complex, production-grade machine learning solutions. This role focuses on developing self-running ML systems across areas such as computer vision, perception, localization, and real-time prediction systems. The candidate will own the complete ML lifecycle, from experimentation and model development to deployment, automation, and optimization using MLOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand current and future machine learning requirements
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in structured and unstructured data environments
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable ML pipelines, architecture, and infrastructure
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques such as decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis, and deep learning
• Develop ML solutions for use cases including object detection, tracking, classification, perception, localization, AR/VR, and terrain mapping
• Train, retrain, validate, and fine-tune ML models to ensure performance, accuracy, and robustness
• Deploy ML models into production environments and run simulations to test multiple scenarios
• Automate training, deployment, and retraining using CI/CD/CT pipelines and MLOps practices
• Enable model versioning, traceability, monitoring, and governance across environments

Additional Responsibilities (Frontend & Integration Focus):

• Design and integrate ML models into user-facing applications for real-time predictions
• Develop workflows connecting frontend interfaces, backend services, and ML pipelines
• Build APIs and data visualization layers to present ML outputs effectively
• Debug and optimize performance across frontend, backend, and ML components

Skills Required:

• Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• BigQuery or large-scale data processing platforms
• Python for ML development

Preferred Skills:

• Frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Full Stack or Java-based application development

Experience Required:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or applied AI development
• Strong coding experience in at least one primary language with exposure to multiple technologies

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
