Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior LLM AI Engineer to join our global engineering team. Youll work on building and scaling intelligent, AI-powered applications while collaborating across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Design and deploy LLM-powered features in production environments
• Build scalable backend systems using Python
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex problems
• Own features end-to-endfrom architecture to deployment
• Contribute to cutting-edge AI innovation within enterprise applications

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Python backend development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• Strong expertise in FastAPI / Flask and REST APIs
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Solid understanding of RAG, vector DBs, and semantic search
• Experience building production-grade AI systems (beyond POCs)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM guardrails and safety
• Exposure to observability and monitoring for LLM systems
• Background in enterprise-scale AI/ML implementations
