Senior Legal Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Legal to join our dynamic Ola Electric legal team. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contracts to support the companys operations. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation skills to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, service contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing arrangements.

Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal guidelines to streamline contract processes.

Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, obligations, and risks to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and business development, to support contract-related matters.

Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations.

Manage contract databases and document management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Assist in Factory Compliance and dispute resolution and contract-related litigation as needed.

Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting contract law and business operations.

Experience required : 8-12 years
