Senior Legal Executive
Legalbook | Pune, Maharashtra (On-site) | Full-time
Legalbook is hiring a Senior Legal Executive to handle core corporate and commercial legal work. Were looking for a practical legal professional who understands business realities along with legal principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Work on corporate agreements and transaction documents (SHA, SSA, STA, etc.)
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical support
- Assist in corporate and contract law matters related to business operations
Requirements:
- LLB Graduate
- 35 years of experience in a similar legal role
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Solid understanding of contract law and corporate legal principles
- Experience with commercial and corporate documentation
- Immediate joiners preferred
