If you have strong corporate law experience and enjoy working on commercial contracts and investment documentation, this role is for you.

Location: Kothrud, Pune (On-site)

Experience: 58 years

Qualification: LL.B (Graduate)

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Preparing and reviewing corporate agreements (SHA, SSA, STA, etc.)
• Handling investment documentation and transaction support
• Legal research and advisory on contract and corporate law matters
• Supporting structuring and compliance work

• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Sound understanding of contract law and corporate law principles
• Experience in commercial contracts and corporate transactions
• Ability to independently handle documentation and negotiations
• Immediate joiner preferred
