Senior Legal Associate - Non-Litigation for Redevelopment Dept. at the Khar office of Divya Shah Associates Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 Years experience in Re-Development transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) additional certifications will be an advantage
- Drafting skills for documents related to Re-development of societies & for Developers i.e. Memorandum of Understanding / Letter of Intent, Development Agreement, Individual Agreement, PAA, POA, RERA Agreement and other related documents
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
