Job Description:

Senior Lead Software Engineer AI

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer AI, you will architect and lead the development of AI-powered applications. You will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful integration of machine learning into scalable, cloud-native systems.

Tasks:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven applications using Python or Java
• Architect scalable systems that integrate ML models, APIs, and data pipelines
• Implement AI Agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals
• Drive best practices in software architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, ML, and cloud technologies
• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of LLMs, NLP, and other advanced AI capabilities

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

• 9+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML systems
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Deep expertise in Python, Agentic AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Skilled in web frameworks like Fast API, Flask, Django
• Experience with AI agent development
• Experience with big data tools, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with agile software development
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Containerization, and scalable deployment practices

Good to Have:

• Experience with LangGraph and LangChain
• Experience with AI Agent orchestration and MCP (model context protocol)
• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL, and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue, React, Angular
• Understanding of clean code principles
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot
