Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior/Lead Quality Analyst (4-9 years’ experience) who’s ready to break, test, question, and automate their way into making these systems even better. As a Senior or Lead Quality Analyst in the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team, you'll help define and drive the quality strategy for some of Manhattan’s most critical planning modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of functional testing across SCP modules — ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
- Design and maintain automated regression suites that handle complex, data-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to embed quality early in the development cycle.
- Lead exploratory testing efforts to catch edge cases before our users do.
- Participate actively in sprints, retrospectives, and triages, serving as a voice for product quality and usability.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–9 years of experience in Software QA, especially in functional testing and automation.
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to go beyond the obvious.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks
- Solid grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for clean, scalable test design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
