The incumbent is responsible for leading and managing the Lab Operations for all MedGenome Routine Path Labs (company owned & Franchise) across the country.
15+ years of experience in routine pathology (MD Pathology)
Responsibilities include professional, scientific, consultative, and advisory organizational administrative and educational matters.
Appointing & designating the Pathologist cum Management Representative to carry out the day-to-day activities of the Laboratory & authorizing the patient reports.
Setting up processes for lab operations and front-end operations for every lab as per MedGenome protocol, LIMS processes, planning logistics to sample processing, reporting, report templates and MIS stats.
Review of Labs performance in EQAS/LPT and corrective measures taken.
AMC & CMC Management and Breakdown calls.
Establishing and enhancing branding across all locations attached to the Lab Up gradation of test and technology initiation in the labs (under the jurisdiction) to enhance brand value.
Ensure Implementation/compliance of Internal & External audit observations at all lab locations. (NABL/ CAP)
Monitor quality protocols and reviewing of processes to achieve better efficiencies in cost and technology.
Co-ordinate and manage the MRM meetings with records.
Franchise relationship management/feedback from hospital authorities on their satisfaction with MEDGENOME labs under your supervision/doctor query resolution/resolution of complaints (whichever applicable)
Set up complete end to end process from the logistics to accession to lab report dispatch and ensure complete automation (traceability and trackability), work with LIMS teams and set up complete automation enhancing business. Ensure cost competitiveness in routine and specialized pathology tests, streamlined cost calculations (CPT, Capex)
Represent company in CMEs, technical presentations, help sales and marketing team with technical specifications and costing of Services/tests offered. Discuss with all clients for any clarifications or solving potential problems in projects
