About the role:

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client.

About the team: 

• We are a team of Automation Engineers and BA’s specializing in delivering client engagements and strategic internal initiatives for Capital Markets.
• We drive projects for clients across APAC, EMEA and Americas for multiple Lines of Business, namely Lending, Treasury & Risk and Trade & Asset Services.
• We drive Automation projects which are “New Product Implementations” or “Product Upgrades” varying in duration from a few months to more than a year.
• We generally look for Automation Engineers with Java and Selenium expertise
• We Identify and Automate client business scenarios and execute them periodically

What you will be doing:

• Working Hands-on product Automation and upgrades along with with Business Analysts, Consulting Services, Product Development and other internal teams
• Building Automation test cases for the requirements, build new automation framework, manage suites including perf testing suites
• Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client on PoC’s and regular automation requirements
• Providing client support across multiple time zones 

What you will need:

• Bachelor (or above) degree in computer applications or equivalent
• Min 9-13 years of experience in Software Test Automation, framework development and execution.
• Knowledge on implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient testing process. 
• Experience on test automation tools and technologies like API Testing using rest assured, Performance testing using JMeter and UI Automation using Selenium framework.
• Familiar with oracle database and strong SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as GitHub, bitbucket, etc. Strong experience on Jira, Test rail, Zephyr, etc.
• Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify issues, performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement and fix automation issues independently
• A team player, who can work independently under minimum supervision and guide/mentor others when needed.

Added bonus if you have:

• Background in Finance with Capital Markets, Trade & Assets, Treasury or Lending experience
• Strong analytical skill
• Good communication skill
• Strong experience in Agile methodology
