Senior/Lead Analyst (SQL+ Python+ETL)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for Sr/ Lead Analyst (SQL , Python,ETL) for Bangalore

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily/weekly operational activities

Monitor ETL pipelines, ensure timely refreshes & perform data validations

Lead data investigations and support root cause analysis using SOPs

Act as primary point of contact for client communications & escalations

Provide clear updates through reports, emails, and stakeholder meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs

Required Skills & Experience

34 years in KTLO operations / Data Management

Strong hands-on experience with SQL & Python

Good understanding of ETL processes & data integration

Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and data refresh validation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving ability in SLA-driven environments
