Salient is a multidisciplinary design practice based in Kolkata, working across architecture, landscape, interiors, and master planning. The studio approaches projects through research-driven design thinking, contextual sensitivity, and a strong emphasis on buildability and execution. Landscape projects at Salient range from institutional campuses and public realms to large-scale master plans and integrated developments.

We have multiple openings for the position of Landscape Architect to lead and manage landscape projects from concept through execution. This role requires strong design capability combined with project leadership and coordination skills.

The selected candidates will oversee project planning, guide design teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure timely delivery aligned with quality and budget expectations. The role demands both creative clarity and operational control.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (mandatory)
• Masters degree in Landscape Architecture (preferred)

• 08 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale landscape projects

• Strong leadership and decision-making capability
• Proficiency in CAD and relevant landscape design tools
• Sound understanding of construction detailing and execution
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
