Job Description: Account Manager C2H (Domestic Staffing)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager C2H (Domestic Staffing) to manage end-to-end staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client management and 50% delivery ownership . The role demands strong client engagement, team leadership, and revenue growth capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow domestic C2H staffing accounts , ensuring strong client relationships.
• Handle client requirements, SLAs, expectations, and escalations effectively.
• Drive account growth , rate negotiations, renewals, and C2H conversions.
• Lead and mentor the delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures .
• Track and review submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and team productivity.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, compliance, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor hiring trends, market rates, and competitor movement to stay ahead.

Required Skills & Experience

• 618 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing (C2H) .
• Proven expertise in client handling, delivery management, and team leadership .
• Strong understanding of IT skills, market rates, and hiring trends .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
