Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developerwith strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have solid problem-solving skills and experience working with modern backend frameworks, messaging systems, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 8
• Utilize Java Streams and Collectionsto write efficient and optimized code
• Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
• Implement data persistence using Hibernate / JPA
• Handle authentication and authorization using Spring Security
• Develop and integrate asynchronous messaging using Kafka
• Work with cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda basic usage)or other cloud platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Use Gitfor version control and collaborate via code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Strong expertise in Java 8, including Streams and Collections
• Solid experience with Spring Boot
• Working knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
• Experience implementing security using Spring Security
• Hands-on experience with Kafkaor other messaging systems
• Basic experience with AWS or any cloud platform(S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Proficient in Git version control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of RESTful services and backend architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker optional)
