Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Camel, Mockito, and Smooks. The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and leadership qualities to drive integration projects, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Expertise in Integration frameworks (Apache Camel, Smooks, etc.).
• Ability to conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and think with an architectural mindset.
• Proven leadership qualities, with experience guiding teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Mockito for unit testing and test-driven development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and DevOps culture is a plus.
