About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of large-scale, complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Java technologies, microservices, distributed system design, and modern front-end frameworks, with a proven ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and redesign efforts for large, complex enterprise applications.
• Own end-to-end solution design across all phases of project implementation.
• Provide hands-on development expertise and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Design and build secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable architectures in Java.
• Architect and implement Microservices , including security, design patterns, and best practices.
• Guide teams on secure coding practices, performance tuning, and troubleshooting system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with client architects and business teams to define and refine technical solutions.
• Support application integration and lead validation, flexibility, scalability, and performance testing.
• Identify and define hardware/software infrastructure required to achieve architectural goals.
• Assist in building concurrent, multi-threaded Java applications.
• Conduct system performance assessments and review application logs for root-cause analysis.
• Provide leadership across front-end, back-end, integration, and database layers.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend & Core Java

• 12+ years of experience with enterprise-scale Java architecture and development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ , Spring Framework , Spring MVC , Spring Boot , JPA , and Hibernate .
• Deep understanding of Java design principles, OOP, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with building secure, high-quality REST APIs .
• Hands-on experience with multi-threaded and concurrent application design.

Microservices & Distributed Systems

• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures .
• Knowledge of resiliency patterns, scalability strategies, distributed caching, and fault tolerance.

Frontend & Full Stack

• Experience building Micro Front-ends using frameworks like Angular 11+ , or React .
• Ability to own full-stack implementations from UI through backend and downstream integrations.

Databases

• Strong knowledge of relational databases: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL .
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra .

Other Technical Areas

• Understanding of TDD/BDD, JUnit, JMock, and other unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with XML, XSD, parsing, and transformations.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI, Bitrise).
• Solid understanding of networking and communication standards: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL .
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle .
• Experience with large greenfield or brownfield implementations, including HA & DR setups.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms: AWS , Azure , Google Cloud , etc.

Nice to Have

• Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF or equivalent).
• 36 years of hands-on experience in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) in the automotive domain.
