Your Role

• Lead and manage JAMF Pro platform for enterprise-level macOS device lifecycle management.
• Drive break-fix troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex macOS issues.
• Design and implement automation scripts using Bash and Jshell for deployment and configuration.
• Define and enforce security and compliance policies across macOS endpoints.
• Collaborate with architects and global IT teams to design scalable Apple ecosystem solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices in macOS management.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in macOS administration and enterprise device management.
• Proven expertise in JAMF Pro platform administration and policy management.
• Strong proficiency in Bash scripting and intermediate-level Jshell scripting.
• Deep understanding of macOS architecture, deployment workflows, and patch management.
• Experience in MDM solutions, security hardening, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
