Job Summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Technical Screening Analyst / IT Resource Analyst. This role requires someone who understands technology and talent equally well and can ensure that every candidate meets top-tier technical and project standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating profiles, conducting video screenings, preparing evaluation reports, and presenting candidates to project leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control


• Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles


• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities


• Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly
