Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to be deployed under a Client-RPO engagement at the clients office in Amanora Park Town, Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused and client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Drive hiring for technical roles across technologies such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Product, and Support.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Maintain daily pipeline reports and track hiring metrics.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions, interviews, and offer closures.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives at the client location.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 48 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
  • Experience working in RPO / onsite client environment is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
  • Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working from client location (5 days a week).


Education & Tools
  • Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
  • Familiarity with ATS / recruitment tracking tools is an advantage
