We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to be deployed under a Client-RPO engagement at the clients office in Amanora Park Town, Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused and client-facing environment.
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Drive hiring for technical roles across technologies such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Product, and Support.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain daily pipeline reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions, interviews, and offer closures.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives at the client location.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- 48 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Experience working in RPO / onsite client environment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working from client location (5 days a week).
- Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with ATS / recruitment tracking tools is an advantage
