Role Overview

This is a senior, revenue-aligned recruitment role requiring strong regional market intelligence, independent client handling capability, and consistent closure performance within competitive APAC technology markets.

The selected candidate will manage high-value mandates, engage directly with clients, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic hiring execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology mandates across Singapore and Australia
  • Handle niche and senior-level roles across AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Product, Enterprise Systems, and emerging technologies
  • Act as a market advisor to clients on compensation trends, talent availability, and hiring strategy
  • Build and maintain high-quality passive candidate pipelines
  • Understand regional compliance, visa frameworks, and employment models (FTE, contract, remote)
  • Independently manage stakeholder communication and negotiations
  • Drive revenue through consistent billable placements and margin optimization
  • Contribute to expanding Dignifyds APAC client network through delivery excellence


Required Qualifications & Competencies
  • Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in Singapore and/or Australian markets
  • Proven track record of high-value closures in competitive technology hiring
  • Strong understanding of APAC compensation benchmarks and hiring cycles
  • Experience handling both permanent and contract hiring mandates
  • Commercial mindset with revenue accountability
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently within a performance-driven structure
