Key Responsibilities  

• Lead daily operations and support for Oracle WMS, MSCA and related shipping systems. 

• Engage with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions. 

• Work with cross-functional IT teams to maintain Oracle applications for optimal performance and availability. 

• Apply technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality. 

• Facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of system capabilities and business requirements. 

• Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during implementation and roll-out projects and effectively report out to leadership team. 

• Analyse data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions. 

• Lead or support Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping application upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 

• Over 10 years of experience in IT Oracle ERP Implementation or related roles including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis based on business requirements, process flow mapping etc. 

• At least 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field  

• Strong expertise in Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping, Inventory including System Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution, Process Optimization (Picking & Putaway processes) 

• Cross functional knowledge and experience in Oracle Order Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing modules that directly impacts WMS, MSCA and Shipping processes 

• Solid understanding of warehouse processes, logistics and supply chain operations 

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for system analysis and enhancement. 

• Experience integrating Oracle ERP to 3rd party applications or platforms is highly desirable. 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve system issues and optimize processes 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams including documentation and technical writing skills for requirements and design specifications 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team fostering teamwork in a fast-paced ambitious environment.
