A University degree in law preferred but any degree; with experience and / or certifications such as CFE, CCEP, or CAMS desirable and
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Compliance Investigations, ethics investigation; of which 5 years in compliance roles or leading Internal investigations in multinational organizations
Demonstrated expertise in navigating diverse regulatory environments, particularly in financial services
Strong auditing skills are preferred
Proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and driving organizational change
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences
Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language; German preferred
