IEN, Project Consultants to Manchester Metropolitan University, invite interest from suitable candidate from similar industry to fill up one vacant post of Senior Recruitment Adviser (International Students).

Broadly the Job responsibilities would include:

Generating applications in assigned region including through fairs and agent visits

Converting offers to deposits in assigned region including via calling campaigns

Relationship management with counsellors in assigned region

Enquiry management in assigned region

Drafting an annual recruitment plan for region

Reporting and evaluating activity

Liaising with International Office colleagues and academic staff from the university as necessary

Knowledge Skill & Competencies

The successful candidate will have good customer relationship management and sales skills, be an able administrator with good attention to details and be willing to travel throughout India and in the Indian sub-continent. A working knowledge of the education sector is essential.

Qualification / Experience

Graduate with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the international student recruitment industry.

Other

Fluent English and Hindi speaking and writing.

INR 11-12.5 Lakhs per annum
