Senior Interior Designer

Transform Projects Pvt Ltd. is a turnkey interior solutions and execution company specializing in high-end commercial and hospitality projects. Founded six years ago, the company has rapidly grown by leveraging its strong expertise in interior and project management. With a focused vision to excel in the hospitality sector, Transform also manufactures custom contract furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, and storage units. Operating on a Pan India scale, the company has successfully managed projects in metropolitan cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, and Bangalore, as well as smaller cities such as Pune, Ludhiana, and Margao (Goa).

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer, based in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will lead project design from concept to completion, develop innovative space plans, prepare detailed construction drawings, and work collaboratively on FF&E specifications. They will liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution while adhering to the companys high-quality standards for commercial and hospitality projects.

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge and expertise in selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Experience in commercial and hospitality projects is preferred
