Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 4 - 6 years of experience to lead and execute turnkey full-house luxury interior projects. This role requires refined design sensibility, strong technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage premium residential projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage turnkey luxury interior projects, including full-home design, space planning, material curation, and end-to-end execution oversight.
• Develop refined design concepts for bespoke wardrobes, kitchens, partitions, and custom furniture aligned with client lifestyle and project vision.
• Create precise technical drawings and 3D visualizations, ensuring clear communication with clients and execution teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and execution teams while confidently guiding clients through design decisions and material selections.
• Ensure flawless project delivery by supervising vendors, contractors, and site teams, and taking full ownership of project quality and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

• B.Arch / any related degree in interior field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, and related design tools.
• Excellent design sense with a strong eye for detail, materials, and spatial aesthetics.
• Ability to translate client requirements into premium design solutions with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end residential projects independently.
