The Role

Were looking for a designer with 5+ years of experience who is ready to independently lead projects and take real ownership.

Youll be expected to:

• Lead residential projects from concept to handover
• Handle clients confidently and independently
• Oversee drawings and detailing quality
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants
• Guide junior designers
• Bring structure and clarity to workflows

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow into a strong leadership position within a boutique studio.
