Raamah Projects is expanding its design team and is looking for aSenior Interior Designerwho can lead projects independently, take design ownership, and gradually build and lead a design team.

This is not a basic designer role this is adesign leadership positionwhere you will shape concepts, manage client relationships, guide execution teams, make material decisions, and contribute directly to the companys growth roadmap.

Take complete ownership of projects from concept to execution

Create layouts, concepts, moodboards, material palettes, and design directions

Review, guide, and finalize 3D renders with our 3D team

Prepare and oversee working drawings, GFCs, and detail drawings

Make confident design and material decisions

Present concepts and design updates to clients

Translate client requirements into practical, build-ready designs

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, 3D artists & vendors

Ensure designs are executed correctly on-site

Deep understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, fabrics, lighting, etc.

Ability to develop material boards and budgets

Compare material alternatives, costing, and feasibility

Provide design solutions aligned with timelines & budgets

Guide junior designers & interns

Review design outputs and improve quality benchmarks

Build a design team gradually as the company expands

Contribute to creating internal SOPs, libraries & design systems

Help establish Raamahs design identity and standards

Build the design vertical

Improve design processes

Support the companys vision of scaling to multiple crores

Actively participate in leadership discussions and planning

410 years of experience in interior design

Strong creative + technical understanding

Ability to handle high-end residential & commercial projects independently

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, and design workflows

Excellent material knowledge and vendor interaction experience

Strong communication & client-handling skills

Proven ability to lead a team
