As we expand our portfolio of turnkey commercial & residential projects, we are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects independently and elevate our design and execution standards.

The Role

We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented professional who can manage projects from lead stage to design closure, including client conversion, quotation, shop drawings, and coordination with execution teams.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping client experiences and delivering high-quality commercial & residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Leadership

• Handle client enquiries and lead consultations
• Develop design briefs and conceptual directions
• Present proposals and convert leads into confirmed projects
• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication

Design & Technical Excellence

• Develop space planning layouts and concept designs
• Prepare detailed construction drawings (GFC sets)
• Create 3D views and presentation decks
• Prepare and review shop drawings for modular and on-site carpentry works
• Ensure technical feasibility and execution readiness

Commercial & BOQ Ownership

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
• Develop modular furniture pricing
• Coordinate vendor costing and procurement inputs
• Present quotations clearly and confidently to clients
• Maintain cost control and budget discipline

Execution & Coordination

• Work closely with factory teams for modular production
• Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeline adherence
• Oversee finishing standards and detailing

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in residential interior design
• Strong in space planning and detailing
• Experienced in modular furniture shop drawings
• Comfortable preparing BOQs and handling commercial discussions
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools
• Confident in client communication and project ownership
• Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
