Role : Senior Interior Designer

Location : Kolkata

1. As a Designer, you should convert leads to meetings and then to order booking and design finalization.
2. In this role, you will be responsible for Sales Meetings/Presentations through your designing approach and manage the project until it's closed.
3. Exposure to residential projects is mandatory
4. Ideally an individual who is eager to multitask

Key Result Areas :

• Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, keeping in mind the customer's budget.
• Comfortable working in an ever evolving, high- growth start-up environment. Loves to hustle!
• Experience can be anything between 5-10 years. The more, the better!
• Concept Development : Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with the clients vision and brand standards.
• Space Planning : Create detailed floor plans, 2D, mock-ups, 3D renderings, and design layouts to optimize the use of space and ensure functional and aesthetic outcomes.
• Client Consultation : Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to discuss their design needs, preferences and budget. Understand their vision and lifestyle to create customized design solutions.
• Material Selection : Choose appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that meet the design objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas/designs/pricing.

Competencies :

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent degree or minimum 4 years experience in related field
• Experience in space planning and layout design in home interiors industry is mandatory
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD , 3DS Max or SketchUp
• Excellent communicator. Fluency in English/Hindi and Bengali is a must
• Project management/site execution skills

Salary would be INR 40,000 + Incentives
