We are hiring a highly skilled Interior Designer who can work remotely and independently take charge of design + drafting for premium residential projects.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position meant for an Interior Designer who has strong technical expertise, excellent design sense, and hands-on experience with luxury residential interiors.

The role is primarily focused on:

Design Development

Technical Drafting & Working Drawings

(Execution, site meetings, and client interaction will be coordinated via digital communication.)

Key Responsibilities

• Create complete interior design concepts for premium villas & high-end residences.
• Prepare detail-oriented working drawings including:
• Furniture layout
• Wardrobe & modular kitchen detailing
• Toilet & utility detailing
• False ceiling (POP)
• Electrical/lighting layout
• Flooring pattern drawings
• Wall elevations & sectional details
• Support 3D teams with conceptual guidance.
• Provide material specifications and finish schedules.
• Coordinate daily with site engineers for technical clarifications.
• Update drawings as per real-site changes and client inputs.
• Maintain structured documentation and deliver every drawing in committed timelines.

Required Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 45+ years of mandatory experience in High-End Residential Projects.
• Strong drafting & technical detailing skills in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and luxury design trends.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently while working from home.
• Strong design sense + practical on-site understanding.
• Good communication and digital coordination habits.
