The practice operates through a structured project delivery model where design direction and execution maturity work together. Teams regularly coordinate across multidisciplinary consultant ecosystems to ensure that projects move from concept to completion without compromising design intent.

As the studio continues to expand its project portfolio, it is strengthening its execution leadership layer designers who can confidently manage project modules, lead client-facing workshops, and coordinate complex teams while protecting the integrity of the design vision.

Role Summary

This is an execution-led interior architect role responsible for driving projects from concept freeze through execution and handover.

This role sits at the core of the studios project delivery system ensuring that design intent translates cleanly into built outcomes through strong consultant coordination, client-room clarity, and disciplined timeline governance.

The person in this role will work closely with senior design leadership while gradually taking ownership of project modules and client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project execution from concept freeze to project handover
• Lead operational discussions in client workshops and review meetings
• Maintain timeline governance and communicate delays proactively
• Coordinate with multiple consultants including MEP and specialist teams
• Manage material coordination within a collaborative design environment
• Track regulatory and statutory milestones where relevant
• Ensure documentation discipline and adherence to studio processes
• Support senior design leadership in scaling project delivery capacity

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 712 years of experience in interior architecture project execution
• Exposure to large-scale projects (30,000+ sq ft)
• Experience in developer-led or structured real estate environments preferred

Preferred Exposure

• Mixed-use, hospitality, or high-end residential interior architecture
• Working with international or multi-disciplinary consultants
• Complex project ecosystems involving multiple stakeholders
