Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable design concepts, layouts, and material selections that add value to each project.
• Create detailed, photorealistic 3D interior models using 3ds Max with V-Ray rendering or SketchUp, for both residential and commercial spaces.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and design coordination.
• Lead and manage a team of junior designers, ensuring design quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Drive project closures by aligning design solutions with client expectations and company targets.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and construction documents for execution teams.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, site, and project management to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with production and project teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely handover of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, finishes, and best practices to maintain design relevance and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max (preferred), with experience in V-Ray and SketchUp.
• Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, material selection, and lighting techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and precise models and renderings.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
