Senior Integration Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

Yrs of experience 

• Delivery of service initiatives as part of the Service Excellence Program. 

• Track and report on the value delivered by each Service Excellence initiative. 

• Maintain and input into the Service Excellence Program roadmap with the Service Excellence Lead 

• Excellent knowledge on REST /SOAP API’s ,RAML ,Mulesoft /APIGEE  . 

• Inputting into the service vision and strategy along with the Service Excellence Lead. 

• Use data, trends and service information to define further improvement activities 

• Support the Service Excellence Group, Customer Service Managers and Operational Service Managers to drive adoption of Service Excellence 

• Acting as a go-to expert for Service best practice and improvements 

• Inputting into, running and analyzing end-user and stakeholder satisfaction surveys. 

• Build effective relationships across AZ Technology teams to continuously improve ways of working. 

Essential 

• 1-2 Years of IT Experience with SNOW knowledge 

• Hands-on experience delivering service within an agile DevOps environment. 

• Experience of IT service delivery of business applications to a globally distributed user base. 

• Expertise in Mulesoft integrations or APIGEE API integrations. 

• Mulesoft platform administration with experience handling BAU . 

• Hands experience in SnapLogic /ETLTool or any other similar Integration tool. 

• Hands on experience in CICD – Tools like Jenkins ,Bit bucket/Git HUB 

• Good Understanding of Java /REST API’s. 

• Good understanding of SQL and able to create/analyze the queries 

• Experience of working with offshore application development and support teams 

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. 

• Working on shifts 9 to 6 Am , 11 am to 8 PM , 2 to 11 PM on a rotation basis  

• Three days in office – Hybrid  

• Ability to work in a pure DevOps environment -Develop and Support . 

• Strong influencing skills Desirable 

• Experience of delivery within a matrix management structure 

• Experience in management of vendors and suppliers. 

• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment is a plus 

• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.
