Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable learning experiences, including learning pathways, employee experience roadmaps, and measurable learning solutions.
• Deploy and implement L&D design strategies, methodologies, tools, and innovative learning approaches.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, selecting the right instructional strategies and organizing content in a clear, logical format.
• Build high-quality ILT and vILT content, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and virtual delivery assets.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated expertise across key pillars of L&D, with strong experience designing structured learning journeys.
• Proven project management capabilities within global, complex environments.
• A strong team player with the ability to mentor others and embrace constructive feedback.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Vyond.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong collaboration and teamoriented mindset.
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Advanced skills in Storyline 360, Rise, and Vyond.
