Senior Instructional Designer

Looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, onboarding, and leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning and instructor-led training programs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and create learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to create engaging training content.
• Develop storyboards, assessments, and interactive learning materials.
• Use eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe InDesign to build digital learning modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve course content based on feedback and performance results.
• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support learning design and content development.
• Ensure consistency with instructional design standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Experience creating eLearning and instructor-led training programs.
• Strong knowledge of Instructional Design frameworks (ISD/ADDIE) and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe tools.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content development.
