About the Role
YMinds.AI is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Representative on behalf of Our Client to drive expansion in the United States market. Based in Bangalore or Gurgaon, you will sell directly to US-based moving companies, corporate relocation firms, logistics providers, property managers, and enterprise clients. You will own the complete B2B SaaS sales lifecycle from prospecting and virtual demos to negotiation and deal closure.
This is a high-visibility, revenue-critical role suited for a proven SaaS sales professional who thrives in growth-stage environments and is comfortable engaging US decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
US Market Revenue Ownership
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies targeting US-based enterprises
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Develop account strategies for high-value prospects
Consultative Selling and Product Demonstrations
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand procurement and operational workflows
- Deliver tailored virtual demonstrations of the AI-powered survey and instant quoting platform
- Clearly articulate business impact, including faster quoting cycles, improved margins, and optimized vendor management
Full Sales Cycle Management
- Manage opportunities from qualification through commercial negotiation and contract execution
- Lead pricing discussions and contractual negotiations
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to refine US-focused messaging
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams based on customer insights
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Deliver reliable revenue forecasts
- Monitor and optimize funnel conversion metrics
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven track record of independently managing full sales cycles
- Experience closing mid-market or enterprise accounts
US Market Exposure (Highly Preferred)
- Experience selling to US-based customers
- Strong understanding of US business communication standards
- Comfortable working in US time zones (evening shift India time)
Consultative and Enterprise Selling Skills
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to position AI-driven solutions in clear commercial terms
- Confidence in presenting to operational leaders and executive stakeholders
Execution and Ownership
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to manage multiple high-value deals simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
