An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Research Analyst to drive strategic, financial, and policy insights across Indias core infrastructure sectors including roads, railways, ports, metro, warehousing, irrigation, and data centres.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting deep-dive research on infrastructure sectors (roads, railways, ports, metro etc), tracking policies, regulatory changes, and project pipelines.
2. Analysing financial models, PPP frameworks, investment structures, and capital flow trends across sub-sectors.
3. Preparing high-quality sector reports, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership and clients.
4. Maintaining and expanding comprehensive databases on projects, deals, and policy developments.
5. Supporting due diligence, benchmarking studies, and risk assessments across infrastructure verticals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance/Engineering or related field; MBA in Finance/Strategy preferred.
2. 410 years of experience in infrastructure research, consulting, investment, or policy.
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data tools.
4. Familiarity with PPP models, infra financing structures, and regulatory frameworks.
5. Excellent storytelling, report writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
