Job Description

Role Summary:

The Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Integration Services) is a client-facing Professional Services delivery role responsible for managing large infrastructure modernization, integration, and transformation projects for external enterprise customers. The role requires a strong Professional Services background and a fair technical understanding across infrastructure domains. This position has no direct people management responsibility and operates through delivery leadership, coordination, and mentorship.

Mandatory Background Requirements:

Professional Services / Consulting / Systems Integration experience (mandatory) - Experience delivering infrastructure transformation projects for external clients - Experience with SOW-based delivery models - Pre-sales or SOW readiness exposure preferred


2 to 3 tech stacks experience (professional services perspective):

Compute, CS, HCI, OneView and Composable Infrastructure - Platform & Workload Modernization Core - Storage, SDS and BURA - Multicloud and Private Cloud (VMware, Nutanix) - SAP (Infrastructure aligned projects) - Networking - Hybrid Workplace - SDCM


Key Responsibilities:

1. Professional Services Project Delivery Owns end-to-end delivery of infrastructure integration and modernization projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in line with SOW commitments.

2. Pre-Sales Support and SOW Readiness Supports pre-sales activities including delivery approach validation, timeline reviews, assumption checks, and risk identification prior to SOW sign-off.

3. Financial and Contract Governance Manages project financials including budgeting, billing milestones, forecasting, and change requests.

4. External Stakeholder Management

Acts as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, partners, and vendors. Leads project governance, reporting, and escalation management.

5. Team Coordination and Mentorship Coordinates internal and partner delivery teams and mentors project team members on delivery discipline and best practices.
