Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer Platform Reliability & On-Prem Deployments

Krypton LEA Interceptor is a state-of-the-art platform designed to provide secure, real-time communication monitoring for law enforcement agencies. Our solution supports lawful interception and intelligence operations, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the on-premise deployment, ensure platform reliability, and build scalable server infrastructures for our mission-critical systems.

• On-Prem Deployment Leadership: Lead the deployment and management of Krypton LEA Interceptor on customer infrastructures, ensuring seamless setup and configuration of servers, storage, and networks.
• Infrastructure Architecture & Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance. Lead initiatives to identify infrastructure requirements for deployment and manage server resources effectively.
• Platform Reliability & Performance Monitoring: Take ownership of platform uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring, real-time issue resolution, and performance tuning to meet the needs of high-traffic environments.
• Server Sizing & IT Requirements Analysis: Analyze the IT needs of on-prem deployments, providing sizing recommendations for servers, storage, and networking components based on performance and capacity requirements.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain deployment automation pipelines, applying best practices in CI/CD for platform infrastructure management. Implement tools and processes for system monitoring, fault detection, and resolution.
• Security & Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to implement security standards across all infrastructure and deployments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, deployment procedures, and ongoing operational best practices. Provide regular reports on system health, performance metrics, and resource usage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, operations teams, and security experts to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with the Krypton LEA platform.

• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, on-premise deployment, or platform reliability.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with server infrastructure management (Linux/Windows) and networking protocols.
• Deployment & Scaling: Strong experience in deploying and managing complex systems on-premises, including server setup, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• Automation Tools: Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or similar.
• Performance Tuning: Proven ability to monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks, and improving system uptime.
• Security Knowledge: Experience implementing security best practices in infrastructure deployment, including encryption, firewalls, and data protection.
• Scripting & Coding: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks and streamline operations.
• Cloud & Hybrid Systems: Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure deployments is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team or project related to infrastructure deployment, with a focus on system reliability.
• Advanced Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in Compliance: Understanding of compliance requirements in sectors such as law enforcement or telecommunications is an advantage.
