Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed transition plans outlining the scope, timelines, and coordination required for the transition. Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all tasks start and complete on schedule
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns that arise during the transition
• Partner with service team leaders to optimize hardware/software ordering supporting integration projects
• Ensuring that all transition-related documentation -specifically on financial alignment is accurately maintained and updated, providing a clear record of the transition process
• Provide regular updates to resolution for visibility and transparency
• Drive best-practices and repeatable processes in support of continuous improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
• Experience facilitating conversations with executive level audiences
• Proven solution-focused problem solving 
• Proven aptitude for learning new tools and technologies 
• Proven to multi-task and manage several projects and responsibilities 
• Proven excellent people, process, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills 
• Proven highly analytical individual with a keen eye for details
• Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple enterprise teams 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in health care industry. 
• Experience in large enterprise environment
• Proven analytical and Decision Making
