KPI Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Associate - IT Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via various channels, including email, phone, and in-person.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

- Maintain and manage IT assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems.

- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring reliable connectivity for all users.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and practices while addressing vulnerabilities promptly.

- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles for reference.

- Assist in training users on best practices and the effective use of technology tools.

- Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity tools.

- Experience with hardware diagnostics, software installation, and system configuration.

- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
